2.背面独有的凹槽设计,更使钢钉穿过输送带后又紧紧反扣在带里,因此不易脱钉。较大的扣钉宽度,咬合输送带面积增大,受力均匀,抗拉力增强。较低的断面减少了输送带扣与输送带包覆层、滚筒以及清洁器刀口的接触,因此它减少了磨损,延长了带扣的寿命。

A3 conveyor belt buckle
Up to three rows of steel nails are carefully designed to be curved so that the steel nails can be pulled out as far as possible through the conveyor belt to avoid damaging the conveyor belt skeleton (tear).
The unique groove design on the back makes the steel nails pass through the conveyor belt and then buckles tightly in the belt, so it is not easy to remove the nails. The larger the width of the buckle, the area of the occlusal conveyor belt is increased, the force is even, and the tensile strength is enhanced.
The lower profile reduces contact between the belt buckle and the belt cover, the drum and the cleaner blade, thus reducing wear and extending the life of the buckle.
