1.连体结构设计，使安装更快捷，更省力，提高工作效率。双排大跨度钢钉，较大的扣钉宽度，咬合面积大，受力均匀，抗拉力增强，使输送带的拉力提高避免破坏输送带骨架。
2.背面凹槽式设计，钢钉可反扣在输送带里，从而避免发生脱钉，保证输送带骨架整体性；
3.较低的断面和扣体前端斜面设计，通过减少输送带扣与包覆层、回转对轮、清洁器刀口及通过滚筒时的接触，从而降低磨损，延长寿命。

连体皮带扣特点：
1．连体式带扣：输送带沿带宽度方向可用一条带扣装订；仓储和运输过程中不会造成散落而损耗。
